SPRAYMIST. ART is a line of nebulizers for the low volume treatment of spinning crops, with an effective and rational defense technique, associated with the needs of environmental protection and operator safety. The main feature is the possibility of spraying at low volume, where the high-speed airflow, crossing venturi dispensers, creates very small and uniform droplets. The same flow deposits droplets on the vegetation, ensuring optimal coverage. The advantages of dealing with low volume are numerous: - LESS DISPERSION. The various dispensing heads available, tailored to the various types of plant, allow a targeted distribution to plants, greatly limiting the dispersion by drift in the air. The minute droplets adhere totally to the vegetative surface, thus eliminating dripping. BETTER DISTRIBUTION. The suspended droplets in the airflow reach all parts of the plants, even the most hidden ones, allowing a uniform distribution of the sprayed liquid and a total coverage of the vegetation. - PRODUCT SAVINGS. The product is totally distributed on the crops, since there is no dripping and the dispersion by drift is minimal. For this reason, the doses indicated on the packaging of the products can be reduced by 10-20%. This saves the amount of product which, by spraying at normal volume, is dispersed on the ground and in the air. - REDUCED TIME AND LOWER COSTS. With the same amount of liquid in the tank, an installation surface of two to five times greater than spraying with normal volume can be treated. This increased autonomy greatly reduces the number of tank fills, reducing the downtime of loading and preparing the water/product mixture. As a result, there has been a sharp reduction in the time spent, saving fuel and labour costs. Interventions can therefore be more timely, a requirement sometimes indispensable for the success of treatments. LESS WEAR AND TEAR. Operating at low pressure, the pump and liquid circuit are less prone to usure than a high pressure pump atomizer; the performance of the nebulizer thus remains unchanged over the years. ADAPTABILITY. The wide range of dispensing heads available makes SPRAYMIST nebulizers extremely versatile and able to perform targeted treatments in any type of specialized crop plant. Articulated low volume towed nebulizer with 3-point attachment for coupling to the tractor and double bracket with tone for towing the main tank. The articulation reduces the room for manoeuvre at the bottom of the bedside by facilitating turns of more than 90 degrees without detaching the power take-off. Built with a sturdy steel frame, it has the main tank that can be of various capacities from lt.800 to lt.1500. It is equipped with circuit lava tank, hand wash tank and powder mixer funghetto placed inside the main tank. It mounts a high pressure centrifugal fan that powers the distribution heads with a high-speed airflow capable of penetrating into the vegetation hitting even the most hidden areas. It is equipped with a high flow centrifugal pump that allows a constant feeding to the distribution dispensers and excellent mixing of the product for the high amount of liquid that returns to the tank. Thanks to a wide range of distribution tests tailor-made for each type of plant, it is able to satisfy any type of phytosanitary treatment.
